How This Works

METRC R&D Planner Instructions

1 Upload an Excel or CSV file

Drop one R&D or stability Excel/CSV file into File Intake. The app reads the file rows and identifies the target METRC package labels.

2 Run read-only plan

Run Read-Only Plan searches METRC one source row at a time, reads required lab test batches, opens the record-test modal, and builds would-submit payloads without posting results.

3 Review mappings

Rows marked Planned have complete mappings for the modal batch. Rows marked Map Review need an analyte column mapping checked before any future write mode.

4 Use the console

The METRC Console records every lookup and planning step, including package search, required batch lookup, modal preload parsing, and missing mappings.

5 Scan queue

Scan Queue only works when this runtime can see the configured R&D queue folder. If hosted away from the .52 EC2, queue scanning needs a narrow read-only bridge.

6 Skip already in

When Skip Already In is checked, rows with a prior verified successful write in this app's history are marked Already In and skipped. Before every write, the server also checks live METRC readback and skips if the same planned results are already present from any source.

7 Verified writes

Rows that pass the future write gate can be written one sample at a time from the detail modal. Queue plans can also write eligible rows sequentially, stopping on the first failed verification.

8 Emailer

The Emailer is locked to cpirasteh@uscannalytics.com and sends a notification after every successful or failed single-sample write.
